Mission Statement

My goal is to continuously grow as an interpreter by strengthening my skills through collaboration, mentorship, and ongoing learning, while providing thoughtful, accurate, and culturally respectful interpretation and building strong relationships within the Deaf community.

Terms & Rates

Standard Rate

$35 / hour

Two-hour minimum for all assignments. Rates apply Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

After Hours & Emergency

Evening, weekend, or short-notice requests may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Travel

Mileage billed at the current IRS rate for travel beyond 20 miles round trip. Parking fees reimbursed at cost when applicable.

Cancellation

Less than 24 hours notice: billed at one hour. No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

Team Interpreting

Assignments exceeding 2 hours may require a team interpreter for accuracy and quality.

Payment

Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments may incur a 3% late fee after 30 days.

Services are provided in accordance with the RID Code of Professional Conduct. Rates are subject to change—please contact me for a personalized quote.
